Ahem. So where were we…
Oh yes, we were talking about what makes us different. For those joining the program already in progress, we started the conversation here.
So there you are, trying to find the perfect travel nursing or allied health assignment amidst a barrage of solicitations from travel staffing companies and you find yourself thinking. “Well la dee da! What makes you so special?” Great question. We’re glad you asked.
Hi. Nice to meet you.
Well, for starters, that’s us up there at the top of the page. Really. From left to right, Rachel, Lee Ann, Jennifer, Sugar, Mari, Andrea, Miguel and Lillian. Bonus points for anyone who can find Miguel. We’ll give you a minute.
Back to what makes us different. So, you want to find out if that assignment is days or nights, or if you’ll ever have to float, and while your other travel company is busy bouncing you around through voicemail , we’re here to help you.
We believe in running our business the same way we manage our own relationships. Show people who you really are. Be honest with them. Do what you say you will do. Own up to your mistakes and fix them if you can. Give more than you take. Say ‘I’m sorry’ once in a while. Love what you do and remember to listen twice as much as you speak.
