To celebrate 5 fantastic years, Health Force pays you an extra $5 per shift worked until December 31, 2008.  Wait...there's more.

The traveler that works the most hours up to and including 12/31/08 wins $5,000!

Birthday Bonus – From now through 12/31/08 for every shift worked (minimum 7 hrs) you will receive an extra $5.  This will be paid in the form of a gift certificate and presented upon successful completion of contract.  (And don’t forget, the traveler with the highest # of hours worked by 12/31/08 will receive a $5,000 bonus!)
